Prime Rib: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place the prime rib in a roasting pan, cover the bib loosely with aluminum foil and place in oven. Reheat for approximately 20-25 minutes. Use a meat thermometer before removing. USDA recommends cooking and reheating to an internal temperature of 160°F.

BBQ Ribs: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Let the ribs sit at room temperature, covered, for 10 minutes. Place the ribs in an oven-safe pan. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and place in oven. Drop oven temperature to 275°F. Reheat for approximately 5 minutes.

Veggies: Preheat oven to 325°F. Keep pans covered. Place in the oven for about 20- 25 min, until heated through.
Mashed Potatoes: Best re-heated in the microwave. Transfer to microwaveable container and cover in clear plastic wrap. Start heating 2 minutes on high setting, stir well and heat for an additional 2 minutes. Internal temperature should read 140°F in center. (*Caution: over heating will cause the butter to separate)
Place in saucepan which will allow stirring. Heat over low heat to avoid scorching. Stir often. Heat until gravy/soup reaches 160°F on a thermometer.
apple pie
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place covered pan pie in the oven for 10- 15 minutes. Remove pie from oven.
