BAKE/RE-HEAT TURKEY: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Let the turkey sit at room temperature, covered, for 20 minutes. Place the turkey in a roasting pan, pour 2 cups of water or broth into the bottom of the pan.
Cover the turkey loosely with aluminum foil and place in oven. Drop oven temperature to 275°F. Reheat for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer before removing. USDA recommends cooking and reheating all poultry to an internal temperature of 165°F.
BAKE/RE-HEAT STUFFING: Preheat oven to 325*. Place covered pan of stuffing in the oven for 45 min. to 1 hour. Remove the foil covering to brown the top for the last 10 min. if desired. The internal temperature should read 165* in center. (May be heated in microwave also.)
RE-HEAT MASHED AND SWEET POTATOES: Best re-heated in the microwave. Transfer to microwaveable container and cover in clear plastic wrap. Start heating 2 minutes on high setting, stir well and heat for an additional 2 minutes. Internal temperature should read 140* in center. (Caution, over heating will cause the butter to separate)
RE-HEAT VEGGIES, APPLE CRISP : Preheat oven to 325*. Keep pans covered. Place in the oven for about 20- 25 min. Until heated through.
RE-HEAT GRAVY: Place in saucepan which will allow stirring. Heat over LOW heat to avoid scorching. Stir often. Heat until gravy/soup reaches 160* on a thermometer.
